Our online ordering service is hosted on a secure-server, so you can be confident that when you send your details they will be held in a safe environment. Once your order has been processed the details are permanently removed from the website.
We are committed to protecting your privacy. We only use the information we collect about you to process your orders and keep you up to date of new products and special promotions. We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to others. We follow strict procedures in the storage and disclosure of information you have given us. Our security procedures mean that we may occassionaly request proof of identity before we are able to disclosing sensitive information to you.
Ordering From Us
All orders are normally dispatched to the UK delivery address that you supply within 7 working days. If an item is temporarily not available for any reason or has a longer lead time, then you will notified of the revised dispatch date and given the opportunity to cancel your order.
We may refuse to accept an order if:
a) where goods are not available
b) where we cannot get authorisation for a payment ( a) and b) should be in purple)
All our prices incude VAT. The price you pay is the price shown in the checkout section of the website. If an error in pricing occurs, we will inform you as soon as possible and give you the option to reconfirm your order at the correct price or cancel it. If you cancel and you have already paid for the goods, you will receive a full refund.
We accept the return of any item only if we receive them within 14 working days. All goods must be in original packaging with tags on. Under these conditions we will issue a full refund for the price you paid for them. You will be responsible for the cost of postage to return the goodsback. Any return received by Silverzone Collection after 14 days will not be refunded. This does not affect your statutory rights. Refunds will only be given after the returned item has been received and inspected. It is recommended that you use Royal Mail Recorded Delivery when returning goods as Silverzone Collection cannot be held responsible for loss in transit of returning items. Items should be sent to the address detailed below under the heading Cancellations.

Errors or Omissions
Silverzone Collection cannot be held responsible for any errors or omissions contained within the website.

Delivery costs are stated on the website when you place your order. We will use Royal Mail First Class Recorded Delivery Service.
